Consisting of nine live sessions over nine weeks, this program delivers leadership lessons from a real-world perspective with tools and tips you can implement immediately.

Overview: Learn a group communication technique to effectively listen to all team members

Session 4 - Training Techniques

Overview: Teach on-the-job training techniques to get consistently good results
